    I came to the shoe shop. I didn't want money back, but I wanted the same shoes. Mrs. saleswoman was very nice and helpful !! She ordered shoes from Ostrava and the next day she called me that the shoes came and that I can pick them up. For the first time in my life, I have experienced a complaint about shoes without difficulty and without any known buzz like "so you don't have to wear your shoes out". Thank you very much to the saleswoman and I will be happy to come back to the store after this experience! :-)
